At this point it’s fair to say Gates is a bad coach. He can run a single system. If he recruits to it, he can produce a good team, but he is a bad coach.
He has shown ZERO ability to edit his “system” to his players. Last year vs Princeton he showed ZERO ability to adjust and ZERO ability to hold anyone accountable.
