Great coaches coach every aspect of their teams - with extra special attention given to the mental side. Saban was a genius at this aspect of coaching. Managing players expectations, finding the right emotional connection to each player, and combining that knowledge to motivate the team in a way that keeps them tuned in and ready to produce peak performances on gameday. Kirby learned from the best - and he's certainly proved he's a great coach. I don't think he gets the most out of his teams on the mental side. JMO.
