In the 1985 Iron Bowl, everyone remembers the Van Tiffin kick.

Most don't remember the unbelievable plays by Mike Shula and others on that drive just to move the ball into position.

His block on Al Bell's fourth-down reverse.

Gene Jelks catch on third and long.

Greg Richardson stretching to get out of bounds with six seconds left.

Maybe not a big game, but the lightning storm during the Ole Miss game (94 or 95 I think) was insane. An Ole Miss coach was zapped through his headset by a nearby strike, IIRC he was burned. Dude kept coaching.

I think two of ABC's camera crew were zapped and went to the hospital. And it was raining cats & dogs. Play was eventually suspended for half an hour. I don't think there were established rules at the time regarding stoppage. Man that was crazy.
