Surely what he meant by that is CNS could not allure a QB until we started bringing in elite OC's like Kiffin and Sark. Then suddenly we had a run of Tua, Mac, and Bryce etc.

To be fair he was not known for being able to develop a QB because (it was not his forte) his teams were so defense oriented.

But when the game changed he brought in the flashy OC's and began signing future NFL QB's.

AJ McCarron landing right there in the middle of the run was perfect. He was a Bammer when Bama had to have a Bammer

Yeah, CNS has more players in the NFL than any coach ever so surely something lost in translation there.
