Texas and Ohio State currently have the strongest NIL numbers, by far.
Arkansas has an elite NIL basketball game, and LSU is in their own class in NIL baseball.

See but a lot of that is just purely pay for play. And I’m not saying it doesn’t happen everywhere to an extent but it is possible to have a legit NIL program and even to enhance recruiting using it.
The way you entice with NIL without promising NIL is by having a proven, high profile NIL program. Jayden Daniels already had some pretty good deals even before he hit the big time along with many of his teammates. LSU women’s programs have some of the highest earners in the country.
And it doesn’t stop once they go pro. Two former LSU WR’s are appearing right now in a national commercial, together. And it doesn’t even stop once they retire. A former LSU basketball player is right up there with the all time biggest athletic endorsers in the world.
That’s how you recruit using NIL.
