Update on the Yeskie vs Weiner batter

Season Stats

Lsu
ERA: 4.04 - 27th
WHIP: 1.33 - 27th
K-BB: 2.79 - 25th

A&M
ERA: 2.84 - 2nd
WHIP: 1.12 - 3rd
K-BB: 3.92 - 2nd

SEC Stats (vs MSU & UF for both)

Lsu - 52 Runs Given Up (2 run rules)
A&M - 27 Runs Given Up

Overall, Lsu's pitching is solid and very respectable. However, Weiner clearly made the bigger impact with less talent. He's done such an exceptional job.

Several LSU fans I know had a lot to say when he left for BR. I told them it felt like a win for both teams, I know Schloss wasn’t overly happy with Yeskies job last year. They talked about how if Jay wanted him he must be the best in the business. Recently I’ve heard some pretty aggravated complaints about him and I just can’t help but laugh a little. He’s a good coach but all I can remember from last year is the walks.
