Until this is fixed, UF is going to be stagnant.
New AD and coaching staff could help. But if the philosophy of the athletics department stays the same and we keep bargain hunting for coaches, it'll be more of the same of what we've seen since Urban left.

Yeah, only fix seems to be a major overhaul, which seems highly unlikely in the near future.
