He knew he couldn’t win the big one anymore. Didn’t want to be the next Bobby Bowden so he tucked tail and ran.

Well he’s better than Bobby Bowden no matter what happened. Also Bobby Bowden tucked the entire FSU football tail between his legs, when he chose not to join the SEC. i know you’re trying your hardest to rip on Saban, but you just made a garbage comparison.

So beating the 2 time defending champ wasn't a big one? Weird to put your own team down to try to try to troll your daddy.

He won the Big one in Atlanta called the SEC championship game against a team called Georgia

Wrong. He could still win the big one. Beating Georgia proved that. But you are partly right about not wanting to be the next Bowden. He even said in his interview that he didn't know if he could give 100% anymore. He always said he would step down if he didn't think he could give it all and that's exactly what he did. No shame in that. Everybody retires eventually.
