Outside of blue bloods?

Hinkle Fieldhouse (Butler)
The Pit (New Mexico)
The Palestra (Penn)

If I go outside of Kentucky in the SEC, I still say Bud Walton is tops. Thompson-Boling is very solid as well.

I wasnt impressed by Thompson-Boling. Its massive for sure but dont think bigger is better in hoops.

This. TBA is ugly as sin on the outside but a palace on the inside. Bud Walton is always lit. Rupp is Rupp.

I love the Palestra. Saw a few Temple/St Joe’s games there when Coach Chaney was coaching the owls. Just a different vibe there as opposed to these new arenas. Was fortunate to see Kobe and others play summer ball @ Temple. That was pretty cool.

Good list. Oregon’s Mac Court used to be on this list but they decided to abandon it for the way too large Tat Tolietbowl.

UW’s Hec Ed was great during the Lorenzo Romar era.
