The two that turned them down immediately come to mind .

Two?

Lanning, Kiffin, Sark, and Norvell all told Alabama to pound sand.

The same people saying DeBoer ran off all of Saban’s best players will be saying DeBoer won with Saban’s players when Alabama still has a good season.

Just stop. You don’t know who or what happened and relying on third party reporting/rumors.

Bama has enjoyed a ton of success. I would think the fans who went through dubose and Shula feel extremely fortunate for all of the fun times with Saban. And of course sidewalk fans will have unreasonable expectations and meltdowns.

I don't think you currently grasp Alabama's situation.

With average players and subpar coaching?

Seems like DeBoer did just that at Washington being 5-0 vs Lanning and Sark

DeBoer beat the guys you say turned Bama down and with a less talented roster. What does that say?

They are Facts and they contradict everything you posted. Had we hired Lanning you would be posting "Lanning was 0-3 vs Washington gumps he sucks!!!!!"

Had we hired Sark you would be posting "Sark was 0-2 vs Washington with more talent gumps he sucks!!!!"

And when DeBoer starts winning you will post "DeBoer is just winning with Saban's players gumps wait until they are all gone!!!!!!" after posting all off season how everyone is leaving.

You aren't fooling anyone.

none of those facts have anything to do with Bama. The only record that DeBooer has at bama is the number of recruits he has let get away, the number of future NFL draft picks that have transferred out and the number of decommits that are racking up.

That poor bastard, he had no clue what he was stepping into it. Which is probably why it’s best for Bama, in the future, to hire a coach that has spent atleast more than one second in the south. Dumbasses.

Methinks your LBS is showing.
Way too early to declare Bama dead.
Yes, there are changes. Yes there will be a transition period. But way too soon for you Aubie folks to be singing 'Ding Dong the Witch is Dead!'

Ah, so unless a school comes out and admits that they spoke with and were turned down by multiple coaches, we are to ignore all reporting and rumors, and the fact that multiple coaches were given raises and extensions by their current schools (presumably to keep them from leaving for Alabama)??

That’s one hell of a position. By that logic, we are to believe that Ed Orgeron was LSU’s first choice in 2016.
