It’s not an optimal look, but he was the highest rated recruit we had by a head coach and coaching staff that doesn’t work there anymore and whose priorities are not relevant anymore. Is it about being able to brag about star ratings or who the current coach and his staff think can better execute what they want to do?

That's sort of my mindset.

If you've been the QB coach at say, Duke, and your concepts revolve around a non-prolific but efficient Daniel Jones type, what are you going to do if you inherit Jalen Milroe?

Sometimes guys just aren't the right fit.
