LSU giving SEC teams some good losses

Dang, is Alabama actually good, despite the record, just like I said?

Bama is projected as a 5 seed.

I can see why we'd be above Auburn right now (though I am fully aware they're a better team) as they've only played 1 Q1 game all year.
I'm not sure how we're above Tennessee though. We have 1 more Q1 win, but they have 4 more Q2 wins and a combined 7-4 record in Q1&2, to Alabama's 4-5.

It appears Auburn also has no good wins to go with 1 good loss.

This x 1000
Georgia has 4 wins better than Florida’s best win. UF’s worst loss is worse than UGA’s, and has more total losses, yet they are 24 spots ahead.
It’s a broken system

Indiana State and Oregon wins OOC is not impressive.

Oh, alright. Thanks for the heads up. So I guess you would say Kentucky's only good win so far is UNC (very solid win), right? Miami at home is not impressive. The other OOC games wins were awful. And of course, you also lost at home to UNC Wilmington, which kind of balances out that UNC win.

Which is why we are ranked 17th.

And why we should be more like #15, like RPI. Agreed.

Thats insane honestly. The NET puts way too much on SOS without factoring in strength of wins

Bama needs to hope Indiana State and Oregon don’t lose a couple games they shouldn’t and fall off that Q1 line.
Indiana State is #25 (which is ridiculous by the way). Need to stay in the Top 35 to stay a Q1 win
Oregon is #50. Need to stay in Top 50 to stay Q1 win
And while we’re at it, Ohio State is #49. Need to stay in Top 50 to be Q1 loss.
Bama currently has an impressive 3-5 record against Quad 1 opponents and 1-1 record against Quad 2.
But if they were to lose to Tennessee and Auburn in their next two games, and if the above three previous opponents absorbed losses this week, they are a week away from seeing that resume possibly fall to 1-7 against Quad 1 and 3-2 against Quad 2.
