Why? Winning gets you more money. More money = more weapons (like awesome facilities or higher paid coaches). More weapons = easier to win. But each college started somewhere. It's UTTERLY fair for a college with more money to USE that because they -earned- that.

Money itself is just an idea. The numbers in a bank account and the greenbacks are just an IDEA of worth. The paper and number on the paper are worthless in and of themselves.

Sure there are plenty of ways money can be seen as evil and wrong... because it IS the root of tons of evil. BUT BUT BUT, in college football, money doesn't taint the win... at least nothing like in the NFL.

What's the rough %'s on college players that actually get into the NFL draft? Anyway, those chances are really REALLY small. So, wins and losses are everything to those guys. The coach you pay millions for could flop or could do great. The money itself is just one ingredient in an enormous equation.
