Meyer has already said no to ND twice. Once when both UF and ND were looking for coaches, and then they called him again this year and once again he told them no. ND may be his dream job, and that is fine, but he knows right now UF is the best job and that is what is keeping him there until his kids are done with school. He has said this many many times.
