The WR position under DeBoer is something no one should be concerned about. Prentice, Law and Niblack could be a lethal combination in this offense alone. Add in some other guys that didn't get many opportunities under Rees, plus the incoming talent, and there's little cause for worry.

Everyone pretending losing Bond is no big deal is laughable. That said, what can you say but adios.

I wish him well. Best of luck to him. The coaching staff will concentrate on the players we do have here. Bond had a chance to be one of those, and didn’t want to be. Some things could be said about Bond handling his comments better, but none of that will change the outcome. We have plenty of comparable receivers that can be coached up to take his place. Hopefully he does well as Texas, except when they play us, and we will do well here.

No one said that. He is an above average player.

But this is a lot bigger than one player who put himself over the team - especially one who was too childish to take the man’s call or call him back.

His “business decision” was for $$. It had nothing but to do with draft status. We are talking Alabama - not some fricking mid-major. We are talking Alabama.
