Decent odds Lane Kiffin cried behind closed doors today.

I'm sure Saban understands like I just said.
Even Kiffin himself privately gets it. He doesn't want that pressure, he wants to enjoy himself. He's that kind of guy and he knows it.

I'm glad Kiffin stayed in Oxford too. I want the SEC to have solid coaches all around

He will be gator chomping in 25!

Kiffin’s dream job was USC. Old Miss is his bronze medal.

All gave Bama a big fat NO

With Lane's reputation for co-ed's it might be

Probably why USC was his actual dream job.

I would think even the biggest Ole Miss homer should at least be self aware enough to understand that Kiffin would be in Tuscaloosa right now if the job had been offered.
Why do so many of you all act as if you know Kiffin? I don't know him but I don't act as if I do. Lane already replaced a legend in Pete Carroll. Lane is in his late 40s but in coaching years he's like 90. Lane is building Ole Miss into something special. He doesn't need Bama. If Ole Miss keeps spending money like it is, in the NIL/portal era, Lane will make Ole Miss into a national championship contender.

Kiffin wasn’t approached. If he was he would be in Tuscaloosa by now

I wanted him. I think he’s as good as Kirby.

Literally every team is glad he stayed at ole miss. He’s got a hard ceiling there.

In less than 2 days, you are competely retarded if you believe all that happened.

He didn't tell Bama no. Bama is not dumb enough to hire him and if they were he would be out in 2 years after not beating anyone. He had his shot at 2 big schools and couldn't make it at either.

I don't believe for one second Kiffin turned Bama down like that. Probably was more so mad that Bama never even contacted him about the job

"dream job" standards are taking a beating lately

Kiffin will never be considered by bama after what he did to that boosters wife
Was it a booster's wife or Saban's daughter?

Yep. I doubt he got a phone call at all. Shouldn't have been a prick.
