The teams with the best players can win playing the system, but the other teams have to have a chemistry and a goal and desire to achieve it. They had that this year.

And imo it started with Burden, they don’t do this without him.

There's a lot of truth in this post. Burden became the magnet that induced others to come.

IMO we're going to be hard pressed to repeat 2023 based on the sheer volume of player losses on defense and leadership overall. Fortunately our early schedule is exceptionally soft so hopefully roles can be filled and new leadership can emerge. If so, 10 wins and a shot at the 12 team playoff is possible.

That's all part of building a winning culture...the young guys were sponges around the leaders last year and I would expect new leaders to emerge.
