I have two family members in the ACPD... one was on scene the night it happened. The crime scene photos are horrific and it was known that night that Carter was there "racing" them. He's a POS for leaving that scene to try to save his arse instead of trying to save or offer any assistances to those injured. I hope she gets a stupid amount of money out of him.
