Came to say this. We used to laugh at ourselves when we thought we hit someone hard and saw the film of what it really was.

Unless there’s just some giant or people being held back. I’m pretty positive we had weight limits in peewee and it was by age. My brother was big and was able to play @ 4 y/o. But it was typically 5.

I think non-contact will cause injuries later when you’re having to learn against 13-14 year olds vs 5-6 year olds. Especially with these giant arse teenagers that were seeing more and more of.
