Big 12 has 5 teams in Top 25 which seems a bit high for a league that will take a huge blow by losing Oklahoma and Texas.
It might take a few years for voters to train themselves that a 3 or 4 loss team in the new SEC and Big 12 could be better than a 1-loss team from the Big 12 or ACC

also:
don’t see Allar improving that much, losing Manny Diaz, 2 starting CB’s, Fashanu and Wallace, etc
