This is accurate and why it drives me crazy to watch guys just say Rees sucks, it’s all his fault. Rees isn’t great but he isn’t bad either. And we aren’t changing our offense to full Gus bus to try and help Milroe. We have always ran the same offense since Lane came in and redid everything. We aren’t making earth shattering changes to cater to a severely handicapped QB. Plus Milroe hasn’t shown an ability to make quick reads and throw short routes at a high enough level to run a strict RPO offense. Rees is a lot like Steele in the fact they are solid but they aren’t gonna out scheme anyone. Difference is Steele had elite talent to work with. Rees had a really up and down o line and a handicapped QB. The defense still had weaknesses in the middle and Steele was never able to scheme away from that. Rees wasn’t able to scheme away from the offenses weaknesses either. It’s a team effort and everyone involved just kinda sucked last week

Not saying you are wrong, but if we simply kept doing what we were doing with our RBs against Michigan then we likely beat them by two scores.
McClellan: 14 for 87 and 2 TDs
Haynes: 5 for 31
Miller: 1 for 11
a mere 20 carries for our RBs who were averaging 6.5 ypc.
