Surely some other team has more than 74 wins and more than 4 conference titles during this embarrassing stretch. It's a pretty low bar, so there's probably dozens of them

Bama will always be a dynasty. We can afford to have years off here and there, even stretches of years. The overall quality of the entirety of Bama's accomplishments make them a continual and generational dynasty.
Also, the 2020 team being the best college football team to ever exist earned Bama some extra buffer time as far as dynasticism is concerned.

Alabama dominates all of the SEC even when we are horrible; it's a no-win situation for everyone else.

Maybe. Maybe not. But 3 losing seasons in a row surely isn't.

A Dynasty over the last 6 years? No. Only UGA can make that claim. But 6 in 12 years is not just a dynasty but an inner circle dynasty.

No. Dynasty's are rare, there have actually been very few in college football. Alabama's most recent one is over as, although they are consistently one of the top 5 teams in the nation and still as consistently good as anyone, they have not been able to win the national championship consistently enough to be a dynasty.
Alabama had one from 2009-2020 certainly (perhaps the greatest dynasty in modern college football). 1925-1934; 1961-1966 and 1973-1979 were arguably three other Bama dynasties.
What was your favorite Auburn dynasty? (the 5 wins in a row over Alabama doesn't count by the way)

Auburn finished fifth in the SEC West, had a losing record for the third consecutive season, and got blown out in the Music City Bowl.
I'm guessing this is NOT a dynasty?

2019 - Lost to maybe the best college team ever
2020 - won it
2021 - Lost a rematch against a team they beat fairly handily the first time
2022 - Would have beaten Georgia
2023 - Milroe can't decide if he is Cam newton or Jordan Jefferson

You forgot 2009, 2011, 2012, 2015, and 2017 in addition to 2020.

Taking away the thumb dynasty for them is like kicking the wooden leg out from under peg leg.
