This is a good point. Hurts has the ideal mindset, which helped him to continuously grow. Milroe has shown some good things in terms of personality and leadership, but there have also been moments of immaturity, such as "Give me the Heisman," being too prideful to call himself a running quarterback, and calling out BoB. He can continue to grow, but he mentally is not where Hurts was at this point.
