Milroe seems incapable of throwing to the outlet guys. Always trying to get it all on one play.

For instance that fumble. Make a damn decision and stick to it. If you're going to run, run like you're possessed. If you're going to throw to the WR... THROW IT.

Don't be double-minded, let the defender close then fumble because you're so damn unsure.
