Milroe is some responsible for the sacks and not only because he has no pocket presence, sometimes apparently panics, and sometimes actually runs into pressure, but also because he has no passing game over the middle to keep the defense honest. Michigan knew he wasn’t going to pass down at the endzone. The coaches don’t trust him to do it.
Eta. So what does Milroe do? Run straight into a pile of bodies. Didn’t even try to make a play.

He was tripped by Latham being shoved into him. Not saying he would have scored on the play, but if he had cut left it looked promising.
Milroe held onto the ball too long at times (not a problem vs Michigan, he didn't have that much time). And he frequently made sack yardage worse by retreating straight back. He also needs a lot of work on spotting unblocked defenders before the snap so he can get the ball out quick. Lots to work on.
