Won't happen. Saban doesn't love Bama. Don't think he's that kind of coach. He's all about his team. His connection is with his football program.
He ain't sticking around when he retires.

He loves Bama but not enough to do that.

He’s never going to retire though. He will just show up for games like Joe Pa did. Collect his check and go home. Bammers can point to his booth, there he is! Come to Bama!

Yep, he's a mercenary, he's going to stay for a short term and move on

(Never mind that arrived 17 yrs ago today. Has turned down other higher paying offers, has completed control, is in nirvana for a football geek, has the Catholic student center named after him ( largely funded by he and Terry saban, have their local kids foundation in Tuscaloosa etc etc... He just tolerates it)
