Inge was special teams coordinator for a few years at Indiana: LINK, which overlapped with DeBoer's time there as OC.
If Inge and Wommack share LB-coaching duties, Inge could take on the role of ST coordinator. (I don't know how good Indiana's special teams were under his watch, though)

It's now being reported that William Inge, in addition to LB's, may also be responsible for special teams: LINK
