If I’m his boss I gotta know why he ain’t doing both? Is the job to big for him? One would imagine that game planning AND recruiting is the expectation, no? I’d be slightly concerned about the future at UGA if Smart publicly admitted he was unable to do the entire job

You don’t have to worry about Kirby. He lives for this stuff. This guy practically works 24/7. He can and is doing it all.
