Actually, Stoops has been a very successful coach at UK and has built their once lowly program into a consistent winner. In his 11 years coaching the Wildcats, he's got the most wins of any head football coach at the university. I think his only losing seasons were the first three (2013-15) and he's had a least three 10 win seasons. He's 4-4 in bowl games now and he's owned in-state rival Louisville.

I guess when you're a loaded program like LSU or Alabama then Kentucky's success doesn't look like much but it is quite impressive.
