I for one am glad the SEC went and got OU and Texas. Of all the Pac 12, ACC and Big 12 teams out there those were the top teams and they couldn't lei the PAC or big get them or else they would settle for FSU and Clemson.

I think you and the board are over reacting to OU not hoisting the Alamo bowl trophy.
Non playoff bowl games are nothing but practice games for the backups in this age of college football and only lesser brand teams take them serious.

We were goin into to score to probably ice the game and we commit our 5th TO that is returned for 6.....game flipped from there...
If DG had played and we didn't lose the best of our oline we probably win that game handidly.
But, I do think is was good for the freshman to get some experience and learn that he is not in HS anymore....
If you're not in the playoff these bowl games meaning nothing, win or lose. The portal has nuked bowl games.
