BooB is just a dipshit who, like many other Belichick assistants, treats his players like the AI in a video game instead of actual living, breathing human beings with minds of their own. He thinks his job is to tell them what to do and their job is to do it, but if they do it wrong that's their problem and not his. Bringing him in to coach college kids was a huge mistake on Saban's part that was only overshadowed by the unique incompetence of the drunk hobbit.
