On3 includes a portal index which measures the average ranking of players transferring in vs. those transferring out. I filtered it down to just the SEC teams but you can view it nationally if you so choose.

Gee, when look at rank/player little old Mizzou is #1 in the SEC.

That site’s index is goofy too, Tennessee lost two players of actual value and one was a senior then replaced them with four actual players of value. The rest of their losses were walk-ons or got buried on the depth chart.
