I really don’t know why so many fans are caught up on who we are rivals with. Who the frick cares? Why does it matter so much to some of you people? Does it make you a better team because you feel like you have an awesome rivalry in state and we don’t? Shoot, the LSU versus Alabama game is bigger than any damn rivalry game during the whole year minus Ohio State and Michigan. And, if you have been even paying attention one bit, you all know that we are already everyone’s rival.

If you’re in the same division and have to play home/home, or maybe if the conference demands it, then maybe it’s a rivalry. If you’re going out of your way to play a team or promoting neutral field games together, then it’s just a love fest.
