When you claim resume didn't matter this year, it sounds like a 9-3 team made the Playoffs. Resume mattered. FSU was undefeated. Bama had 1 loss. Bama had a better SOS, and hadn't lost the heart and soul of their team to injury. Record matters to an extent... otherwise why does Texas not get any shade? Why is Liberty not in?

I’m not sure what it is. That playoff committee is ridiculous. One thing I do know is that it’s sure not about the 4 best teams
