their resume is literally as good as you could ask for. Going into August what would a bama fan claim as their perfect resume? Undefeated 13-0 conference champs, right? There is *literally* not a better on paper resume than that.
I wish they'd jsut call a spade a spade and stop with all the tiptoeing around bullshite. Just say "look, last year TCU deserved to be in the playoffs but they got embarrassed to a degree never before seen in a bowl game and our TV overlords dont' want a repeat. Since FSU is without jordna travis we're just going with bama instead".
Abrasive? Maybe. Directly to the point? Yeah. But at least people wouldn't be trying to play mental gymanstics on this thing. Despite their anger they'd at least KNOW what's up.

It's funny because if that was Dabo and Clemson, they would be in the playoffs. They basically play the same schedule as FSU. FSU just got shafted.......
