How has it worked better than when Moffitt was around? His results on the field show otherwise. As the OP stated, he played a key role in the Tigers winning 3 national championships. How many have the Tigers won since he left? And the age thing? How old is Saban?

Our team is in much better shape and we’ve seen a sizable reduction in injuries. I know you want to believe a guy that has been sitting on his couch for 2 years is a homerun, but he ain’t.

I never said it worked better, I just said the current approach seems to be working fine.

I think Moffitt is a solid hire.
