I have heard of it. Just also aware those old SIAA / SoCon schools now in the SEC mostly were whomping Utx butt early in TX no less so they figured the Sooners were an easier game.
Welp... might as well pack it up for the season. No use in playing in the college football playoff in 2023 because Texas lost to Vanderbilt 85 years ago before Hitler invaded Poland...

I thought Texas was supposed to have a good baseball team? I mean, they played a terribly easy B12 schedule and couldn't do better than that? They are in for a rude awakening in the SEC.
SEC baseball is even more competitive than SEC football. I think you have one more year to get it together ...
