If true, then I hope he doesn't win. Nobody is skeered of him...........anymore.

If anything losing the nc will fire him up even more. He’s going to be like Joe Pa in the boxes not having any clue what’s going on. Just use him as a figure head

His conversation at the SECCG with Kirby kind of sounded like a farewell tour of sorts, of course I could be misinterpreting that as well.

Oh man, the “Alabama Roll Tide 4 Life - God Bless Nick Saban” Facebook group is the most legit source of Bama news there is. I hear Saban is a member of that group using a burner account. This is serious.

Its highly likely, you don't buy a 17mil home in FL for it to stay vacant. The plan is to retire regardless if he wins another NC or not.

I honestly believe Saban will die before he retires. Winning national titles is the only thing that brings him a semblance of joy in his life, and even then he still looks pissed off after he wins one because he hasn't won the championship for the following year yet

It kinda honestly makes sense. Hes getting old, you can see the toll that coaching is starting to take on him. Maybe Mrs. Terry thinks its time to start enjoying their "retirement years"... idk.
I HATEEE to say this, its makes me sick to compliment 'Bama, but no matter what happens after this year, all I can say is that I am glad that I was alive to witness Saban and all hes done and achieved... too many people are blinded by hatred and animosity so they fail to realize, or dont want to admit, just how ridiculously historic Saban's career has been... Future generations will talk about the man, the myth, and the legend of "nick saban" for as long as football remains a sport coached by humans. and im just grateful that i was alive and able to personally witness something so historic

I won't believe he's retiring until he says he's retiring. He just seems like one of those dudes that will coach until he dies or physically can't do it anymore.

It would be a nice bookend, though, if he did retire. he'd pass Bryant for most national titles at Alabama (he already holds the overall record) and would end his career on top.

I can see it now... Texas vs Alabama 2009 Rematch. Replaying the game that started the Bama dynasty. This time Texas wins, a fitting ending to the Bama dynasty and Saban career. All is right in the world.

The number is 10. Coach Saban wants to tie or break Coach Wooden's NC record at UCLA
