Before my time. I wish I could've seen PB County back then - it sounds awesome. There won't be a tincture of open land anywhere in PBC in ten years.

It was cool and everything was laid back. Way too many people now. It's crazy. Same thing is happening here in DFW except there is room to expand in all directions. In WPB you have the ocean on one side and the EAA on the other at 20 mile bend.
