Really confused as to how being the best player in the country goes hand in hand with losses???
Especially with the defense that LSU had this year. If the defense was just a fraction better, LSU would be undefeated..
Is the heisman supposed to be the best player on the best team, or is it an individual award???

Statistically the best player, maybe.
Best player in the country? No.
He wasn't even the best player for LSU this year.
