That is because of the sequence of words you gave it and it predicted the right output. Machine learning algorithms don’t perform logic. Look it up. I’ve asked it significant amount of logic questions and it gets it wrong most of the time, especially 3.5 version. It only mimics logic. You should really look up how transformer neural networks work.

Why do you think it ranked Team A and Team F the way it did based on the input I provided? What input would have made it move Team F into the top 4? I did make sure to list them in a different order, and it ranked them based on what seems to be sound reasoning.
Do you find a flaw in the reasoning or just want to crap on the limitations of ChatGPT logic processing, which I'll admit isn't perfect - but that doesn't mean it is always wrong.
