Let's take off our purple and gold flashy vagina glasses and look at some facts for a second. Something your homer, Booger McFarland, refused to do as he made a fool of himself this weekend.
"They were left out because their quarterback got injured, not because of a weaker SoS"
So let's objectively look at FSU's record for a second
Game 1 LSU - WON (final record 9-3)
Game 2 USM - WON (final record 3-9)
Game 3 Boston COllege - WON (final record 6-6)
Game 4 CLemson WON (final record 8-4)
Game 5 Virg. Tech WON (final record 6-6)
Game 6 Syracuse WON (final record 6-6)
Game 7 Duke WON (final record 7-5)
Game 8 Wake WON (final record 4-8)
Game 9 Pitt WON (final record 3-9)
Game 10 Miami WON (final record 7-5)
Game 11 UNA WON (final record 3-9)
Game 12 FLA WON (final record 5-7)
Game 13 Louisville WON (final record 10-3)
This is a total of 77 wins over 80 losses, with higher percentage of teams with a losing record. If you look at their conference overall, it is pretty abysmal. Anyone who thinks the committee used just the "QB equation" in their decision, is simply deluding themselves. Texas had one loss, to OK by less than a TD, and Bama had one loss to that team, but them beat the #1 team in the country.
