So why did this all-knowing committee rank FSU #5 and Georgia #6?

To be fair, FSU should not even be in the top 10.

They are 13-0. They were #3 a few days ago.

It’ll get even wider once all the FSU NFL prospects opt-out of the bowl

Vegas has no respect for all those other hard working kids on the FSU roster besides their quarterback.

It depends on if Georgia wants to be there or not...

All kidding aside, non CFP bowls are worthless now for judging a teams performance. Kids getting drafted don't play and most smart coaches use it like another spring game to start repping shite for next year.

At least we're adding some meaningful bowl games back into the mix next year.

I may actually put some money down on this game.

Georgia is in a letdown situation and FSU is going to be pissed to the maximum.

I think your scenario is more likely but it’s also possible we come in with a chip. Like I’ve said in this thread, we’re apt to have a pile of draft eligible players forgo this game. Our Sr RB has announced he IS playing so I hope it’s contagious, but I’m also a realist. I wouldn’t too much care either way except I live near the Big Bend, and don’t want a loss to the Noles under any circumstances.

That's the only thing holding me back, if FSU has some guys opt out, it could get ugly.

Has Beck announced if he's coming back yet?
