Pretty sure he wouldn't be eligible for offensive coordinator if the "fired for clause" stuff had any real legs.

The hire has to signed off on and a waiver granted.
HY messed up Sam's contract so bad, he has to go hat in hand and ask for a waiver to hire Bobby so renewals and donations don't crater.
