why aren't they passing for more yards to spread the ball around?

Bc in Sept they had both QB and OL issues. The QB then would only play well for one half of football up until the LSU game.

The WR's were never the issue

And the funny thing is, the summer practice reports about the WRs were awful. We were all prepared to say they sucked and basically had decided they would suck - because the prior year was not good at all.

Their biggest weakness is they still aren't a great run blocking group, but they've improved there too.

McConkey is awesome. Anyone throwing shade at him is barking up the wrong tree (pun intended).

I don't think fans mean to throw shade on anybody so much as they just want to "protect" their own player from criticism.
We all like our own players and want other fans to notice them and give them the respect we feel they deserve.

Alabama fans are proud of their team as they should be, and Georgia fans are proud of our team...as we should be. I honestly look for the game to go down to the wire and be another last minute win for whoever wins. I would love to be wrong and hope we run away with it....but I just don't see it.

Who do you think throws to these guys? Take your time. Or better yet, let's just decide this Saturday.

I don't think it's unfair to say UGA, Bama, and jermaine all came out fine in the deal.

This is a remarkably level headed take around here.

Do think this. We've had 5-6 different guys make impactful plays in various games. Hale (OM), Bond (Aub, A&M, TN), Burton (Auburn, A&M, TN), Prentice (UK, ARK, TX), Law (LSU) have all had games where they made multiple huge plays. We don't like the depth because they have a huge volume of stats, we like it because they've all proven they can make plays when their number is called.

Hmm, sounds like somebody out West took a page from Monken’s book.

The dude has the seventh-highest QBR in the nation, even with our collection of supposed also-rans as his receivers.

This quite possibly is the first time that Georgia will line up against Alabama and actually have a significant advantage in receiver talent.

Meanwhile the Georgia O-line will now be healthier than it has been all season. Ratledge was rested last week and Mims is his old self.

Milton and Edwards are now 100% while McClellan has a significant foot issue. Georgia would be content to see Milroe become the main Alabama runner.
