I don't think Napier is a bad coach now im not taking up for him i think like Mac this job may be to big for him.He has had some unfortunate things happen at UF. Mullen left him nothing to begin with. Because Mullen basically stopped recruiting because i think he knew he was gone. NAPIER made some mistakes with coaches like Hocke. I said it from the beginning that if he had held on to Savage this program from a strength and conditioning standpoint would be fine.
Also not hiring a Special Teams coach is just terrible. The Special teams has been atrocious under Billy and probably will not get better.

Definitely need a OC that he will let run his offense and Billy needs to be the CEO!!!and run the program not be OC and forget about Special teams and S&C.

Will any of this Happen i doubt it. I think at this point and time Napier dead set on doing it his way no matter the consequences because he knows if he gets fired he still get paid alot of money.we Need Marion As OC i hope tjis happens but I have 0 confidence this takes place.

I can almost guarantee everyone that no matter UF record in 2024 Napier get another year.

An-in-depth-look-at-florida-football-from-a-player-perspective

That looks bad on the strength program saying it was like track team workouts in the offseason and Princely has caught the "if that makes sense" ending to his answers just like Napier.
