^^^It's basically the last lower body injury that an athlete would want to have. Even worse than tearing your achilles.

A few of the other articles I read made reference to how much more likely it is to have another injury after you come back due to overcompensating. Victor Cruz stayed injured and fricked up the rest of his career, and Cadillac actually had the same injury on the other leg within a year.
