You're not a great program historically. Tennessee isn't either. But UGA just isn't. Its an indisputable fact. Cry, laugh, mourn, lash out, do whatever you need to in order to cope with it. I'm just hitting you with facts.

All depends on what you consider "great".
UGA is by the numbers a top 10 program historically (excluding the harvards and yales... I'm just talking about the current P5 conference teams).
They're 9th in wins, 11th in winning percentage, 9th in AP poll titles (will move up to 7th should they win the playoff again). They are the 9th or 10th best program of all time.
If you want to call that "not great", that's fine. UGA is a top 10 program and not a top 5 program. Some people consider that great, but you can set your measure of that title wherever you like. I prefer to keep things objective and say UGA has historically been one of the 10 best programs of all time.
