Georgia now thinks they're Alabama, but has a trophy case similar to Clemson.

I know you're (probably) joking, but IMO Clemson is actually a really close analogue, at least for current day.

They've had a ridiculous amount of success over a short period, stocked their roster with an amazing amount of talent, and played demonstrably weak regular-season/conference schedules.

And they seem unbeatable until they aren't. And then it all starts falling apart.

Georgia's run has been impressive, but college football history is littered with teams that rise meteorically and then fall back to Earth.

Time will tell which camp Georgia falls into.
