If the OL gets fixed and we hire a good fit at OC, but we still don’t improve with Pittman, he should be fired.

But everyone knows we’d be much better if those two things are fixed, it’s the uncertainty that fans are worried about. Their doubt is warranted because he blundered the last OC hire and the OL shouldn’t be an issue under a career OL coach, unless the majority of the offensive issues have been due to the talent on the OL. Which might be fixed this offseason with NIL. Just about any OC would look good with a good OL.

tldr - fix the OL and Pittman saves his job

I just watched the presser and I can very much relate with his shaking his head, looking at Hy!

Dude wants to talk about it, but about screwed it up. Nil has evidently been fixed a bit.

I know I will be downvoted into oblivion for this, but I still like the fella and hope he succeeds against most odds. Daggumit!

The problem with getting better OL is that rarely you get them from the portal.

That is a harder position of development and it takes time unlike other positions.
